ThermoPulse – Advanced Moulding Technology
ThermoPulse is an advanced induction-based variothermal moulding technology developed by Moldpro Engineering. It rapidly heats and precisely controls the mould surface temperature during injection moulding, enabling premium surface finishes directly on plastic components while reducing the need for secondary painting or coating processes.
How ThermoPulse Works
ThermoPulse uses controlled induction heating to rapidly raise the mould surface temperature before and during plastic injection. Once the required surface replication is achieved, the mould is rapidly cooled to support efficient part solidification and ejection.

Rapid Mould Heating
Induction-based heating rapidly raises the mould surface temperature to support improved surface replication and finish quality.

Plastic Injection
Molten polymer is injected into the heated mould cavity, allowing the material to replicate fine surface details and textures.

Controlled Cooling
The mould surface is rapidly cooled after injection to support polymer solidification, dimensional stability and efficient cycle operation.

Component Ejection
The mould opens and the finished component is ejected, ready for inspection and subsequent production operations.
